1 oz Deep Roots Spiced Apple
1 oz Canadian rye
1 oz Red Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel
Add all ingredients to a cocktail stirring glass filled with ice.
Stir until well chilled (10-15 seconds).
Pour into a tumbler over a large ice cube.
Express an orange peel over the glass, and add peel as garnish.
