1 cup Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
2.25 tsp Cinnamon
0.5 cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Salt
0.75 cup Sugar
9 tbsp Butter (room temp)
6 tbsp Sour Cream
6 tbsp ADL Eggnog
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
1.5 cup AP Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt
0.75 cup Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Egg Nog
1 tbsp Rum
Streusel Topping
mix streusel topping ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until it’s well incorporated and crumbly.
Cake
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add all other wet ingredient and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl sift together the dry ingredients.
Add the wet to the dry and mix until just combined.
In a greased and lined 9in spring form pan, spread out the batter evenly and cover edge to edge with the streusel topping.
Bake for 45mins at 350.
Let cook in the pan.
Glaze
Mix together and drizzle over the cooled cake!
