4 PEI Russet Potatoes, sliced with a crinkle cutter
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
2 cup Turkey or Chicken
2 cup Stuffing
2 cup Gravy
1 cup Cheese Curds
0.5 cup Cranberry Sauce
0.5 cup Green Onions, sliced thinly
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Add potatoes and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway to cook evenly.
To assemble, layer crinkle cut potatoes, turkey, stuffing, cheese curds and gravy. Top with cranberry sauce and green onions.
