Potato Chips With A Fancy Twist!

Ingredients

Directions

Using the waffle cut on your mandolin to slice potatoes in crisscross pattern.

Soak potatoes in vinegar water for 10 minutes.

Dry potatoes thoroughly and fry at 350F until golden brown.

Remove, season and serve with favourite dip or just naked.
