Carr’s Shellfish
The Carr’s family business began in the early 1960’s when George Carr began a home-based business selling shellfish, which has grown to include Carr’s Shellfish and Wharfside Market on the Stanley Bridge Wharf. The business is now run by Robert & Phyllis Carr, and offers a full selection of Malpeque oysters, shellfish, lobster and fresh fish in season.
