The Inn at Bay Fortune
The Inn at Bay Fortune FireWorks Feast is Chef Michael Smith’s nightly dining experience using ingredients from the Inn’s Culinary Farm, live fire stations, fresh and roasted oysters and a bountiful meal that showcases The Culinary Farm and a myriad of locally sourced flavours. The FireWorks Feast runs till October 12. Fall events include OktoberFeast and Chefs Harvest Culinary Retreat.
