This annual culinary festival takes place over 3 weeks in Downtown Charlottetown and sees participating restaurants offer up 3-course menus at set prices ($35/$45/$55). New in 2023, WinterDine Lunch – enjoy a 2-course price-fix lunch special at a participating cafe/restaurant! ($12/$16/$20)
