Recipes & Cooking Tips

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds PEI hamburger (extra lean)

  • 2 cans vegetable soup

  • 1 onion

  • basil

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce

  • 5 mashed PEI potatoes

Directions:

Cook PEI hamburger with onion. Drain off fat.

Add vegetable soup as is with ketchup,,basil and barbeque sauce.

Mix and reheat.

Serve on top of PEI mashed potatoes .
